It is about 4 o'clock in the morning and am lying on my bed wide awake. I am thinking how am I going to sell 40 packs of pineapple tarts a day. I had a light bulb moment and now another blog is born...
The thing is, these 'bulb-lighting' moments seem to appear more frequent over the last couple weeks and almost always in the early mornings like today.
So here's my story. I left my job at the Embassy of Denmark on 31st December 2009 to pursue my dreams, which is a topic for another day.
This is the plan though... I NEED to sell my Heavenly Pineapple Tarts - only 40 Packs a Day. Over the next couple of days, I will be talking to cafes etc. I hope to deliver freshly baked tarts every morning to outlets that are interested to sell them. I don't want to be rich... Really. I just need enough. I just need to sell 40 Packs a Day.
